Tucker Cochenour

Tucker Cochenour is an associate at Cooley LLP, starting January 2024, after previously serving as a summer associate at the same firm. Tucker's legal experience includes conducting research and drafting documents related to corporate governance, public securities offerings, and private financing transactions. Prior to joining Cooley LLP, Tucker was a co-leader and legal research assistant at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, contributing to pro bono projects focused on environmental conservation and political empowerment.
