Vicky Kandabarow

Vicky Kandabarow is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, insurance, and compliance. Currently serving as an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Cooley LLP since February 2022, Vicky previously held significant roles including General Counsel at PEAK6 InsurTech and National Flood Services, as well as Managing Director and General Counsel at Sidley Austin LLP. Vicky's background includes advising on a range of complex transactions in the insurance sector, as well as experience in both domestic and offshore corporate matters at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates. Vicky holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from UCLA.
