Will Pao

Will Pao is currently a Partner at Cooley LLP, having transitioned from a similar role at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where they worked from 2012 to 2024. They served as a Law Clerk for the United States District Court in the Eastern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit from 2006 to 2008. Will completed a J.D. at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law after earning a B.A. in Political Science, Economics, and East Asian Languages and Cultures from the University of Southern California and serving as a Fulbright Scholar at Fudan University.
