Yaw Darkwa

Yaw Darkwa is an experienced attorney currently serving as an In-House Privacy and Business Contracts Attorney at Cooley LLP since July 2023. Previously, Yaw held the position of Assistant General Counsel at Movable Ink from December 2016 to 2023 and at Single Stop from October 2013 to December 2016, where responsibilities included addressing compliance, contractual, governance, and employment matters.
