Yoni Horn

Yoni Horn is an Associate in the Debt Finance practice group at Cooley LLP since December 2021, specializing in convertible debt, structured financings, derivatives, middle-market credit facilities, and venture debt. Prior experience includes serving as a Corporate Staff Attorney focusing on general corporate law and transitioning to the debt finance group. Yoni Horn has also interned at the California Department of Justice and worked as a Research Assistant at Pepperdine Caruso Law, contributing to various legal projects, including startup law and corporate governance. Additional internships include roles at Barnea Jaffa Lande & Co., Arizona State University, STORE Capital, and First Financial Equity Corporation. Yoni Horn holds a J.D. from Pepperdine Caruso Law, graduating cum laude, and a degree from Barrett, The Honors College, complemented by studies at The London School of Economics.
