Gina Trapani

Gina Trapani has extensive experience in coordination and administrative roles within the sports and production industries. Currently serving as a Post Production Coordinator at Coolfire Studios since April 2016, Gina has also held positions including Production Coordinator and Office Manager/Executive Assistant. Previous experience includes working as an Independent Consultant for Touchstone Crystal by Swarovski and serving as an Athletics Administrative Assistant and Men's Basketball Administrative Assistant at Saint Louis University, where responsibilities involved supporting various athletic teams and coordinating travel and compliance tasks. Gina has also contributed as a Pitching Coach at Webster University, interned with the River City Rascals professional baseball team, and held administrative internships, showcasing a strong background in both sports management and media communications. Gina holds a Master’s degree in Student Personnel from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Media Communications from Webster University.
