Emily Duncan

Emily Duncan has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Emily began their career at Zapata Ranch in 2014, where they served as a Wrangler, responsible for the care of ranch horses and guiding guest trips. In 2014, they also worked as a Guest Services Agent at Winter Park Resort. Emily later joined Coolmore Stud in 2015, where they held multiple roles. As Barn Foreman and Assistant Vet Nurse, Emily provided care for sick and injured horses, monitored vitals, administered medications, and implemented treatment plans. Emily then became the Foaling Unit Supervisor, overseeing the daily care and supervision of mares and foals. Most recently, Emily served as the Human Resources Director at Coolmore Stud, managing HR administration, employee recruitment, and visa processing for foreign employees.

Emily Duncan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from The University of the South, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
