Yulong Coolpad (our parent company) was established in 1993 in Shenzhen, China. We were listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2004 (code: 2369). Coolpad’s excellent market performance is the result of our emphasis on researching and developing products that satisfy consumer’s needs and wants, as is seen by the fact that between 2010 and 2012 our sales revenue grew at a compound annual rate of 67%.
