Joost Rust is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in e-commerce and marketplace expertise. As the Owner of CoolSafety and Co-Founder of Shopaloca, Joost has demonstrated entrepreneurial prowess. Previously, Joost held the position of Head of e-Commerce at Wiltec BV and served as an Expert in Marketplaces for Shopping Tomorrow in 2022. Additionally, Joost has practical experience as a Firefighter with Veiligheidsregio Utrecht. Joost Rust holds a degree in Onderwijskunde (Education) from Hogeschool Utrecht, completed from 1994 to 1998, and attended Rijksscholen Gemeenschap from 1991 to 1994.

CoolSafety
CoolSafety aims to deliver safety equipment for a healthy work environment. Founded in 2007 we first had our focus on hearing protection and achieved to grow to a respectable online supplier. As we grew, we created more possibilities to expand to our goal: being a trustworthy online supplier to allow everyone to have the right stuff for their safety at work. In 2013 we launched the multistore one-stop-shop for personal protection equipment with 17 webshops in the Netherlands containing fine-quality and fair priced products.
