Pascal Huber

Pascal Huber is an HR Business Partner and HR Project Lead at Coop, where they previously managed multiple retail locations. As a co-founder and managing director of fundamensch GmbH, Pascal focuses on guiding organizations through the challenges of the modern work environment. They served as Project Leader for the "Arbeitswelt 4.0" initiative within the Psychiatrische Dienste Graubünden, where they developed strategic action plans for evolving workplaces.
