Lars Midttun

Lars Midttun currently serves as the Kjededirektør Coop Obs and Executive Director of Obs Hypermarkets at Coop Norge since July 2022. Prior to this role, Lars accumulated over two decades of experience at IKEA, where positions included Retail Operation Manager overseeing all IKEA stores in Norway, CEO and Managing Director for IKEA Finland, and Deputy Country Manager in the USA, managing strategic development and eCommerce operations. Additional roles at IKEA included Country Sales Manager and Store Manager, highlighting expertise in profit and loss management, customer satisfaction, and leadership. Earlier experience includes serving as Operation Manager at Gresvig AS, where Lars held the position of Store Manager.
