Soner S.

Soner S. has significant experience in information security leadership, currently serving as Avdelingsleder, Sikkerhetssjef IT, and CISO at Coop Norge since September 2013. Previous roles include CISO at NSB from February 2011 to September 2013, and Datasikkerhetsleder/CISO at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs from June 2007 to March 2011. Soner S. also held the position of IKT-sikkerhetskoordinator/CISO at Jernbaneverket from June 1999 to June 2007, after serving as Service Level Manager and Systemkonsulent within the same organization. Earlier in the career, Soner S. worked as a Lærer/Systemansvarlig at Prinsdal skole from August 1993 to March 1998. Soner S. has pursued education at Sør-Trøndelag University College in 2004, The Norwegian School of Information Technology from 2000 to 2002, Anadolu University in 1988-1989, and Cukurova University from 1986 to 1988.
