Peter Unger is a seasoned professional in quality and operational development, currently serving as Chef kvalitet & verksamhetsutveckling at Coop Sverige since April 2019, and previously held multiple roles focused on operational excellence. Prior to that, Peter spent over 14 years at Arla Foods, where experiences included Maintenance Manager, LEAN Manager, and various logistics positions. With expertise in LEAN methodologies, change management, and system implementations such as SAP and WMS Astro, Peter has a strong background in process improvement and training facilitation across various operational settings.
