Sandro Lu

Sandro Lu is a seasoned professional in quality management with over a decade of experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Sr. Quality Manager for Cooper Standard since July 2012, Sandro Lu is responsible for defining and executing quality strategies in alignment with global standards, as well as establishing and monitoring quality KPIs across plants. Prior to this role, Sandro Lu held the position of Factory Manager at BOS Automotive Co., Ltd., where responsibilities included setting targets and task delegation to meet company goals. Sandro Lu also served as a Quality Manager at both Cooper-Standard Automotive and Pyeong Hwa Automotive, overseeing quality assurance teams and processes. Sandro Lu holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, and Automation from China University of Petroleum (Beijing).
