Steven Ingraham

Steven Ingraham has a robust career in engineering and management, with extensive experience at Cooper-Standard Automotive, where Steven has served as Engineering Manager since June 1985, focusing on new business development, Lean manufacturing, and production support. Previously, at Cooper Engineered Products, Steven was the first Sr. Product Development Engineer, responsible for the design of extrusion tooling and the implementation of the initial operational CAD system. Steven's early experience includes a role as Process Engineer at Cooper Industrial Products, where equipment for automotive body sealing components was designed. Academically, Steven holds a Graduate Certificate in Lean Six Sigma and a Master's in Technology Management with an emphasis on Quality and Engineering from Bowling Green State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from The University of Toledo and an Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology from Bowling Green State University. Currently, Steven enjoys retirement since May 2019.
