For the creation of an academy and more academies for cooperation and peace among peoples, building real synergies that lead to effective solutions. The Manifest arises from the reflections and awareness of a group of people, of the need to promote every possible action to overcome the serious situations taking place at a global level through the creation of an Academy for Cooperation and Peace.
