Founded in 2021, Cooperativa Local encourages the adoption of disruptive and fair solutions. Technology-intensive and people-oriented. Because people are the ultimate layer of all technology. Backed by Start-Up Chile and several times by the Cardano Blockchain Community, we have worked closely with some of the biggest players in the industry.

We spearheaded the growth of Cooperativa Local by orchestrating 13 phygital Web3 exhibitions, including a prominent side-event at NFT NYC. By forging collaborations with over 300 industry professionals, I personally guided their entry into Web3, onboarding them to cryptocurrencies, wallets, NFTs, and DAO tokens through our platform. This initiative engaged 1,300 users across Latin America—many new to Web3—generating over 85,000 interactions and cultivating a dedicated community of 1,000+ artists and cultural managers.

On 2024, through our DAO Incubation Program supported by Fund11, we guided 8 renowned Cooperatives and Unions of Workers to explore different DAO & Tokenization use cases using our partner's dApps at Cardano Blockchain.

The success of that program culminated in my most recent and ambitious project in June 2025: the IME Link Festival showcased a new level of ecosystem coordination. In partnership with IME Chile and Clarity Protocol, we produced a "festival as a DAO" at Matucana 100, one of Chile's most iconic cultural centers. This was a complex, multi-stakeholder project involving over 100 agents, including 45+ artists, 30+ cultural workers, and 25+ speakers for the "DAO Festival" segment I curated. 

This live DAO, governed by 50+ members of the IME community, cast over 1,000 signed actions on Clarity & Cardano Wallets to transparently decide lineups and distribute revenue. Furthermore, our direct infrastructure contributions include delivering the complete Spanish translation of Clarity's platform and integrating a fiat off-ramp with our partner Skipo.com for seamless $ADA-to-local-currency payments.
