Alex Ryding has extensive experience in environmental, health, and safety management, currently serving as the Environmental, Health & Safety Leader for Europe at CooperVision Ltd since August 2004. Previous roles include Health, Safety & Environmental Manager at the same company, and positions at SOSA from 2006 to 2013 where responsibilities included coordinating meetings and organizing conferences. Prior to that, Alex worked at Ocular Sciences as a Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator after starting as a Microbiologist, and held the position of Microbiologist at Pilkington Barnes Hind. Alex holds a NEBOSH Diploma in Health & Safety and has a foundational education from Cardinal Allen Grammar School.
