Michael Rice has extensive experience in quality engineering, currently holding a position at CooperVision since November 2021 and previously at Alliance Precision Plastics from March 2015 to November 2021. In these roles, Michael created and maintained control plans, inspection reports, and quality documentation, while advising inspectors to align with company and customer goals. Prior to this, Michael interned as a Manufacturing Engineer at MWI, Inc. in 2013, where responsibilities included process improvement projects, hands-on machining, and participating in the rebuild of specialized equipment. Michael began a career in customer service as a Cart Gentleman at Webster Golf Club from 2007 to 2013. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
