Stephen Marsh

Stephen Marsh is a highly driven Senior Manager in Distribution Operations with over 20 years of experience in FMCG and Food Production, focusing on both high and low-risk products. Stephen has transitioned into the distribution of medical devices, previously holding roles at CooperVision, including Distribution Project Leader and Distribution Section Leader. Prior to this, Stephen served as Logistics Manager at Randall Parker Foods, overseeing despatch and intake logistics across the U.K. and Europe. Stephen began their career as a Factory Senior Supervisor at Bakkavor, managing both high and low-risk areas. Currently, Stephen is pursuing an Intermediate GNVQ in I.T. at Mid Kent College.
