Howard Sharp

Howard Sharp has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing and operations field. Howard is currently working as the Head of Manufacturing at Cooplands Bakery since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Operations at ProPak Foods from December 2020 to June 2022. Howard also worked as a Plant Manager at Cargill from May 2019 to December 2020. Before that, they held the role of Production Manager at Pro-Pak Foods from December 2018 to May 2019. In addition, Howard worked as a Production Manager at Hughes Mushrooms from July 2018 to December 2018, where they effectively managed and motivated a team to achieve production targets and quality standards. Howard also has experience as an Operational Excellence Lead at Müller from March 2018 to July 2018, where they implemented operational excellence strategies and facilitated the review of the Factory Master Plan. Prior to that, they worked at Nestlé in various roles, including Training Manager from June 2015 to March 2018, Production Manager from June 2014 to June 2015, and Shift Manager from May 2011 to May 2014. Howard also gained valuable experience at Nestlé as a Development Shift Manager from May 2009 to May 2010 and as a Lead Confectioner from September 2002 to May 2009, where they led a team and ensured high-quality production. Howard started their career at Nestlé as an Apprentice Confectioner from September 2000 to September 2002.

Howard Sharp attended Easingwold from 1994 to 2000. Howard then pursued a degree in Sugar and Chocolate Manufacturing at Thomas Danby College from 2000 to 2003.
