Howard Sharp has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing and operations field. Howard is currently working as the Head of Manufacturing at Cooplands Bakery since June 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Operations at ProPak Foods from December 2020 to June 2022. Howard also worked as a Plant Manager at Cargill from May 2019 to December 2020. Howard started their career at Nestlé as an Apprentice Confectioner from September 2000 to September 2002.

Howard Sharp attended Easingwold from 1994 to 2000. Howard then pursued a degree in Sugar and Chocolate Manufacturing at Thomas Danby College from 2000 to 2003.
