Sofia Hanje

Sofia Hanje has over 10 years of work experience in various roles within the HR and consulting fields. Sofia is currently the Head of People Engagement at Coor, where they have been since 2017. Prior to this, they worked at Accenture as a Consultant from 2014 to 2017, and as a Business Analyst from 2012 to 2014. Before that, they co-founded Nordic Organizational Development Group in 2011. Sofia also has experience at Talentia, where they worked as a Project Manager from 2009 to 2011, and as a Researcher from 2009 to 2011.

Sofia Hanje has a degree in Psychology with a specialization in Organisational Psychology from Uppsala University, which they completed between 2006 and 2011. Sofia also holds a Master of Science degree in Business & Administration from the same university, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010.
