In 2018, Martin was actively involved in delivering services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme. While working closely with participants, he noticed significant gaps in the existing system that hindered the delivery of high-quality care and support. Recognizing these challenges, Martin was driven by a deep commitment to address these shortcomings and create a more effective and participant-focused service model.
