Coby Drage

Coby Drage has a background in various roles related to office management, resourcing, and youth services. Coby started as a Youth Justice Officer at West Sussex Youth Offending Service before becoming a co-owner at poorlittlesnail where they developed a resource pack for working with young people. They later transitioned to Muncaster Castle & Pennington Hotels Group as an Office Manager and then moved on to FJWilson Talent Services as a Resourcing Partner and Researcher before joining CGP Books as Reception/Facilities. Coby's educational background includes a degree in English and Related Arts from University College Chichester.
