Where Design Meets Reality. CoorFab translates the designed intent into real fabrication.

CoorFab provides 3D BIM/VDC coordination & prefabrication services for the mechanical, electrical, fire suppression, and plumbing systems needed to run the buildings you live and work in every day. From hospitals and laboratories to universities and offices, we believe a detailed Revit-based process must be managed while incorporating key players from across the construction cycle. It is our responsibility to bridge the gap between the designed needs of the building and the reality of construction installation.

Our Services:
Plumbing & Mechanical Pipe Coordination
Sheet Metal Coordination
Lead Coordination
Estimating
BIM/VDC consulting
Asset Management
Point Layout
3D scanning

We are also proud to share that we have teamed up with peers in the industry to create The VDC Group. Our goal is to educate others in the industry to get companies, owners, PMs, CMs, foremen, engineers, etc. on board with the essential use of services like BIM and VDC.
