Tim Centa

Tim Centa serves as the CCAM Facilities Manager at CoorsTek, Inc. since June 2022, after an extensive tenure at Collins Aerospace where Tim was the Furnace Deck Operations Manager from February 2014 to July 2022, overseeing site furnace operations for silicon carbide and carbon/carbon brake manufacturing. Prior to this, Tim held multiple roles at Goodrich Aerospace from May 2000 to February 2014, including Facility Engineering Manager and Facility Project Engineer, focusing on maintenance, capacity expansion, and production implementation. Tim's earlier positions as Program Engineer, Instrumentation Section Leader, and Furnace Process Engineer emphasized product integrity and process improvement in carbon/carbon brake manufacturing. Tim holds an MBA from Colorado State University Pueblo and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Refining from the Colorado School of Mines.
