Tom Menzer

Tom Menzer has over 25 years of experience in engineering and management roles in various companies. Tom is currently serving as the VP Global Engineering at CoorsTek, Inc. since August 2022. Prior to this, they held positions such as Director of Strategic Materials and Director of Process Technology & Engineering at CoorsTek. Tom also worked as a Project Manager and Quality Manager at CoorsTek. Before joining CoorsTek, Tom worked at Alcoa as a Supervising Engineer, where they supervised ceramic manufacturing and assembly processes and implemented improvements in housekeeping and data analysis. Tom also held the role of Manager, 6-Sigma Black Belt & Engineer at CoorsTek and served as an Engineer and Quality Manager at Saint-Gobain. Tom started their career at Bosch USA as a Process Engineer.

Tom Menzer holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Penn State University.
