Andre Schoder

Andre Schoder serves as an Advisor to the COP28 President, focusing on advancing the climate finance agenda through global collaborations and promoting the UAE as a leading climate finance hub. Concurrently, as an Advisor to the ADNOC Group CEO, Andre spearheads M&A and asset management efforts, successfully raising $50 billion in equity. As Managing Director of Investment Banking at First Abu Dhabi Bank, significant revenue growth has been achieved through strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Investment Banking at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi and Senior Manager at EY, where Andre established a regional transaction advisory team, and managed international equity deals at Arthur Andersen. Andre Schoder is also pursuing a PhD in Climate Finance at ESCP Business School.
