Iman Ustadi

Eng. Iman Ustadi is currently serving as the UAE Chief Climate Negotiator and is a Project Manager at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), focusing on the largest Ultra Sour Gas project globally, the Hail and Ghasha Development Project. Iman has significant experience managing mega projects and ensuring that designs adhere to international standards. They hold a Master's in Engineering Systems and Management from Masdar Institute of Science and Technology in collaboration with Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from the American University of Sharjah. Iman has also worked with leading organizations, including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals, and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Chemical Engineering Department at the American University of Sharjah.
