Keith McCarty

Keith McCarty is a seasoned professional in the soccer training industry with a diverse background in coaching, business development, and marketing. Currently serving as a Business Development Associate at COPA Soccer Training Center since December 2021, Keith is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and retention of customers, alongside managing the customer database. Keith has extensive coaching experience, designing and delivering training programs for youth players while utilizing technology to enhance learning. Previous roles include a Scouting Associate at The Soccer Syndicate, where talent identification and detailed scouting reports were key responsibilities, and a Head Coach at San Francisco Glens SC, focusing on player development and communication with parents. Keith also interned in sports marketing at Maverick Goalkeeper Academy, enhancing attendance and marketing strategies. Educationally, Keith holds a Master’s degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
