With over two decades of experience in HR leadership, they have held pivotal roles at organizations ranging from Chrysalis Media Group to Collinson, where they transformed People & Culture strategies to drive high-performance environments. Bertie’s dedication to purposeful leadership and organizational transformation is evident in their recent service to various causes, including domestic abuse advocacy and youth empowerment. They hold a Master’s degree in Global Human Resource Management and organization psychology from the University of Liverpool and continue to engage in continuous professional development.
