Elisa Picot is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client services, logistics, and commercial support. Currently serving as Responsable service clients at COPAC since January 2022, Elisa has successfully established a customer service department, implemented procedures, and managed logistics and client follow-ups. Previous roles include positions at ArcelorMittal, where responsibilities ranged from supply management to social correspondence and logistics management, as well as serving as a Technico-commerciale at Groupe OPTITEC, overseeing client portfolios and sales development.
