Adrian Ivanov

Adrian Ivanov currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Copado, leading global Go-to-Market teams encompassing Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations since November 2025. Prior to this role, Adrian held various executive positions at Automation Anywhere, including EVP of North American Enterprise Sales and EVP of Global Go-to-Market Execution from January 2023 to October 2025. As a Sales and GTM Advisor at Aptology, Adrian provided strategic guidance to the Founder/CEO until the company's acquisition in October 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as SVP, Head of Forge Company Solutions, where Adrian oversaw liquidity solutions for private companies, and as Senior Vice President of Sales, Americas at Algolia, where Adrian significantly improved sales performance. Adrian holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Santa Clara University.
