Grace Hoefer

Grace Hoefer is currently the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO at Copado, where they manage a complex calendar, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate executive events. Previously, Grace held the role of Special Assistant to the CEO and Chief of Staff at Greater New Orleans, Inc., overseeing administrative duties and event planning. Their experience also includes serving in various positions with the United States Senate, including Administrative Director and Scheduler, where they managed staff and schedules while ensuring compliance with governmental regulations. Grace's background in hospitality management provides a solid foundation for their meticulous approach to project management and strategic planning. They graduated from The University of Alabama in 2014.
