Matilde Narciso

Matilde Narciso is an R&D Engineer at COPAM, focusing on the research and development of corn-derived products and processes since February 2024. Prior to this role, Matilde served as the Vice-President for Administrative Affairs at the Associação dos Estudantes do Instituto Superior Técnico from December 2020 to November 2023, overseeing Human Resources for a team of 12 employees and managing a larger team of over 190 individuals for various events. Matilde also led the Spaces and Infrastructures Department, coordinating projects for the maintenance and rehabilitation of the students' union's infrastructures. Previous experience includes a brief role as a Quality Control Technician at Sugal Group, conducting quality analysis for tomato products. Matilde holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, as well as a high school diploma in Science and Technology from Escola Secundária de Azambuja.
