Luke Cohen

Luke Cohen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Luke started their career as a Sales and Marketing Representative at the Metropolitan Business Exchange of Atlanta in 2010 and worked there until 2012. In the same year, they also worked as a Science/Math Tutor at Academic Advantage Tutoring, providing individual and small group tutoring in various subjects.

In 2011, Luke joined the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as a Molecular Biologist, where they performed DNA extraction and genotyping and collaborated with other research groups on national-scale projects. Luke continued working there until 2012.

From 2012 to 2014, Luke worked as a Lead Chemist & Analyst at Oilfield Environmental and Compliance Inc., where they supervised analysts, developed laboratory tests, and ensured data quality.

In 2014, Luke joined Advanced Cell Diagnostics as an Associate Scientist - Probe Lead, where they formulated custom RNA products and trained lab assistants. Luke worked there until 2016.

Luke then joined Copan Diagnostics, Inc. in 2016 as a Project Manager/Field Application Specialist. In this role, they managed projects, built client relationships, and supported sales efforts. Luke traveled extensively for this role and worked until 2018.

From 2018 to 2018, Luke worked at Sano Intelligence as a Laboratory Manager. Luke managed expenses, organized material supply, and created an inventory system for R&D production.

Finally, in 2018, Luke returned to Copan Diagnostics, Inc. as a Marketing Manager and later transitioned to the role of Digital Marketing Manager in 2021.

Luke Cohen's education history includes completing a Digital Marketing degree at UC Irvine Boot Camps in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology with a concentration in Molecular Genetics from Mercer University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Luke has obtained several certifications. Luke completed a Digital Marketing Boot Camp at the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education in July 2022. In 2018, they underwent training for the Neighborhood Emergency Response Team (NERT) at the San Francisco Fire Department. Furthermore, Luke obtained ISO 13485:2003 & QSR Training from Young & Associates in December 2015.
