Radames Falcon is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in business systematization, specializing in ERP implementations and methodologies. They hold a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the Higher School of Computing of the National Polytechnic Institute, a Master's in Information Technology Administration from Tec de Monterrey, and are currently a PhD candidate in Strategic Management and Public Policy at Anahuac University.
