Alex Ondrick

Alex Ondrick is an experienced security operations professional with a robust background in threat intelligence and incident response. Currently serving as the Manager of Security Operations at Copart since October 2022, Alex previously held the position of Director of Security Operations at BreachQuest and Manager of Threat Intelligence at Marriott International, where responsibilities included monitoring and analyzing threats across global endpoints. Prior roles include Senior Analyst for Cyber Investigations at Kivu Consulting, IT Security & Compliance Specialist II for the North Carolina Department of Information Technology, and Information Security Analyst at the North Carolina Department of Transportation. Alex's career began in the U.S. Army, where significant leadership and operational roles were undertaken, culminating in the management of high-value equipment. Alex earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from North Carolina State University in 2010.
