John Reed

John Reed serves as the Director of Land Acquisition, Zoning and Corporate Facilities at Copart since April 2012 and previously held the role of Director of Land Acquisition and Development. As Managing Partner at D9 Devco since 2010, John Reed focuses on land acquisitions, entitlements, and development, particularly in planning and developing a large-scale Mixed-Use Transit Oriented Urban Development in Fort Worth, Texas. Additionally, John Reed has been a Managing Consultant at CETECH since 2004, offering expertise in land acquisition and development. Previous experience includes roles as Land Acquisitions and Development Manager at VGA Leasing, LP / Strong River from 2005 to 2010, Land Development Director at Pasquinelli Portrait Homes from 1999 to 2004, and Industrial Commercial Distribution Program Manager at PBS&J from 1994 to 1999.
