Rachel Cui has extensive experience in customer operations, having held various positions at COPC Inc. since May 2010, including President of Great Chinese Operations, Director of Chinese Operations, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Prior to COPC Inc., Rachel worked in the contact center at Sunny Information and Technology (under Lenovo) from June 2007 to October 2008. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration from Tsinghua University (2014-2017) and a Master of Business Administration from Yale University (2016).
