Chip Springer

Chip Springer, MBA, has extensive experience in engineering and tax preparation. They served as a Tax Preparer at McBride - Moorman Harting and Co from 2005 to 2010, where they provided client consultations and prepared individual and business taxes. Previously, Chip worked as a Product Engineering Manager at Continental Hose, Dana Division from 1990 to 1997, overseeing the product development department, and held various engineering roles at ITT Automotive and Crown Equipment Corporation. Currently, Chip is a Senior/Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Copeland, a position they have held since 2025. They earned an Associate of Science in Engineering Design and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Technology from Wright State University and Ohio Northern University, respectively, and completed their MBA in Innovation at Wright State University in 2006.
