Chuck Ketterer

Chuck Ketterer currently serves as the Vice President of Global Engineering at Copeland, leading initiatives in Electronics and Controls with a focus on innovation, quality, and global market solutions since June 2023. Prior to this role, Chuck accumulated extensive experience at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions, holding various leadership positions including Vice President of Product Management, where responsibilities encompassed technical vision and strategy across multiple product lines, and Vice President & General Manager of Global Cooling Controls. Additional roles at Emerson included Vice President of Engineering, where oversight of global product development and application engineering was key, and Vice President & General Manager of Hermetic Motor Asia, focusing on strategic direction in the Asian market. Chuck’s earlier career at Emerson Electric Co. and Delphi Automotive Systems featured roles in supply chain, technology development, and product engineering. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and an MBA from Webster University.
