Devin Baldridge

Devin Baldridge is an experienced professional in innovation and design, currently serving as the Innovation Leader at The Helix Innovation Center at Copeland since January 2024. Previously, Devin held the position of Sr. Director of Lean Growth at The Garage Group, where responsibilities included account strategy development and guiding executive teams from Fortune 100+ Companies in navigating strategy and innovation challenges. Prior roles at Procter & Gamble included contributions as a Corp Design Capability leader and as an Innovation Catalyst & Facilitator, focusing on design discipline upskilling and transforming innovation processes within the company. Devin's extensive background in product innovation spans over a decade at Procter & Gamble, alongside earlier experience as a Design Director at Firmitas Magnanimitas, LLC, and a Designer/Fabricator at Parrish Machines. Educational qualifications include a Master’s of Design from the University of Cincinnati DAAP and a BFA in Architecture from Miami University.
