Eric Vantassel

Eric VanTassel currently serves as the Director of PMO Processes and Tools at Copeland, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Eric worked as a Project Portfolio Manager at Teleflex, where responsibilities included managing project intake and prioritization within the Interventional business unit. Eric's experience also encompasses leadership as PMO Leader at Welly Health PBC, overseeing a significant product program launch, developing PMO strategy, and guiding project teams to ensure successful project delivery. Earlier roles at Upsher-Smith Laboratories included Project Manager and Project Coordinator, focusing on governance strategy and project lifecycle management. Eric began his career as an Optical Supervisor at Sanford Health and holds an MBA from Bemidji State University, along with a diploma in Musical Stringed Instrument Repair from MN State College-Southeast Technical.
