Greg Polce

Greg Polce currently serves as the VP of Product for Cold Chain Controls Businesses at Copeland, where responsibilities include driving financial performance across multiple P&L's and fostering long-term value through growth in software and sustainability initiatives. Prior to this role, Greg served at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions for nearly 18 years, holding various positions including VP of Marketing, Strategic Planning and Business Development for Cold Chain, where efforts focused on portfolio strategy for a $1B+ business, and VP of Product for IoT Solutions, emphasizing the integration of hardware and software. Greg's earlier career also included positions in product management and planning at Emerson, as well as mechanical engineering at Westinghouse Savannah River Company. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
