Jaya Kumar

Jaya Kumar is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the engineering and climate technologies sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at COPELAND since June 2023, Jaya previously held the position of Vice President - Cold Chain at Emerson Climate Technologies - MEA, where a long-term vision and transformation strategy for the Cold Chain segment were developed. During a lengthy tenure at Emerson Climate Technologies, Jaya achieved significant growth and sales increases across various roles, including Vice President/General Manager, where a local entity was established, and Vice President of Marketing. Previously, Jaya was Regional Manager at Ingersoll Rand, overseeing sales in the Indian market. Education includes an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University.
