Jeff Lichty

Jeff Lichty currently serves as the Director of Product Management and Digital Product Services at Copeland, a position held since June 2023, where responsibilities include leading a team of product managers and overseeing product strategies for various refrigeration platforms. Prior to this role, Jeff held several positions at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions, including Director of Product Management and Director of Program Management, with a focus on launching new products and improving processes within the refrigeration business unit. Jeff began the career with Emerson Climate Technologies, progressing from a Co-Op role to Project Engineer and Product Planner, managing significant P&L responsibilities across multiple platforms. Jeff Lichty earned an MBA from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wright State University.
