Jim Fultz is currently the National Technical Training Manager at Copeland and has served as a Technical Training Specialist since 2019 at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions. They previously owned and managed Fultz Heating & Cooling and CLIMATE Heating & Air, honing their expertise in the HVAC industry since the late 1980s. Fultz began their career as a Service Technician at New Paris Heating & Cooling and continued to develop their skills through various roles in reputable companies. They attended Modesto Junior College from 2012 to 2015.
