John Cross

John Cross is a seasoned Quality Manager and CBS Leader currently employed at Copeland since 2025. They have extensive experience in quality management, having held positions at Reliance Machine Company, Progress Rail (where they served as Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement), Metaldyne, and Progress Rail Manufacturing Corporation. Prior to their roles in quality management, John worked as a Business Unit Manager at DaimlerChrysler and as a Department Manager at Wal-Mart. They earned an MBA in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BS in Biology and Chemistry from Ball State University.
