John Schneider

John Schneider is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the HVAC and thermal management industries. Currently serving as President of HVACR Technologies for the Americas at COPELAND since June 2023, Schneider previously held the same position at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions from March 2020 to June 2023. His earlier roles include Senior Vice President and Vice President at Vertiv, where John managed global thermal management solutions. Schneider has also served in various leadership roles at Emerson Network Power and Emerson Climate Technologies, focusing on general management, global product technology, and business development. Additionally, Schneider's career includes experience in marketing and product development at Kao USA Inc. and Procter & Gamble. An alumnus of The Ohio State University with a BS in Chemical Engineering and Xavier University with an MBA, Schneider's educational foundation supports his leadership in the industry.
